Hi, I'm Bianca

I'm a wife, mom of two, fitness and nutrition coach, and passionate advocate for helping women build sustainable health habits that fit their lives.

My love for fitness started early. I was a competitive dancer throughout high school and college, which sparked my appreciation for movement, discipline, and the connection between physical activity and confidence. After college, that passion evolved into a career in health and fitness.

Since 2011, I've taught group fitness classes and become Zumba-certified, helping people discover that exercise can be both effective and enjoyable. I've also worked as a one-on-one personal trainer and have been coaching clients in nutrition and fitness since 2016.

My own fitness journey eventually led me to the bodybuilding stage. Between 2015 and 2019, I competed in 19 natural bodybuilding competitions, including 16 as a professional bikini competitor. During those years, I learned firsthand what it takes to achieve ambitious physique goals through consistency, discipline, and strategic nutrition.

But becoming a mom changed everything.

After welcoming my son in 2020, I quickly realized that the fitness strategies that worked before motherhood didn't always fit my new reality. My priorities shifted, my schedule changed, and I had to learn how to care for my health while caring for my family.

I stepped back on stage for a few competitions in 2022, proving to myself that goals can still be achieved after becoming a parent—but the approach looked very different than it had before.

In 2023, my family relocated from Maine to Charlotte, North Carolina, and in 2025, we welcomed our daughter. With two children, a business, and all the responsibilities that come with this season of life, I've gained an even deeper understanding of the challenges many women face when trying to prioritize their health.

That's why my coaching philosophy is simple: your health plan should fit your life—not the other way around.

I don't believe in crash diets, extreme restrictions, or unrealistic expectations. I help women build sustainable nutrition habits, develop strength and confidence, and create routines that support their goals while still allowing them to enjoy their lives.

Whether you're a busy mom, navigating postpartum recovery, balancing work and family, or simply ready to feel stronger and healthier, my goal is to meet you where you are and provide the tools, support, and accountability you need to succeed.

Because wellness isn't just about reaching a goal weight or fitting into a certain size. It's about having the energy to show up for the people you love, feeling confident in your own skin, and creating habits that will serve you for years to come.
